Scoping Consultation for the new East Riding Local Plan August 2026
In light of recent reforms to the national planning system, East Riding of Yorkshire Council has begun preparing a new Local Plan, looking to 2045.

A call for sites is an information-gathering exercise that helps the council understand what land is potentially available for development in the area to meet future needs.
